The binoculars themselves are nice with a rugged feel in my hands, and the views are sharp and free of false colour. I'm just waiting for a clear night now. Thanks.

The tripod adapter fits any standard thread but beware it has an adapter thread within that comes out with the lens covers. The eyepieces have long rubber protections that rest very comfortable on your nose/forehead so you can have a 3 point holding stance with minimum tremor. The rubber protections also easily fit a standard phone holder.
