Unfortunately, my beautiful lamp arrived badly broken. I know the seller tried to wrap well but it just didn’t work.

Buyer contacted me about the item broke in shipment. I asked for pictures of each angle and the box bc had fragile written on each side. Buyer said I was jerking her around when I was just gathering info for UPS. Buyer only paid for usps shipping but I paid out of pocket extra to ship UPS so had shorter shipping time and better care. Buyer immediately gave negative feedback when I asked for pictures. She was give a full refund.
