When applied with a soft bristled brush or a soft cloth, the wax can be used to add a waterproof layer to shoes, boots, and similar leather goods such as bags. Great for work boots and sports shoes.
I use this on my winter boots, leather trainers and sons rugby boots. Also my wifes winter boots as she has no concept of shoe cleaning! It gives a waxy finish so mu good for formal but great for more casual footwear. I have a lot vintage trainers and boots and it restores them and gives an great finish. Very low effort, just make sure the shoes are dirt free then apply with a cloth, I use a microfibre. Very fast delivery
arrived by 1st class post, and well packaged. I'v not used dubbin before, but I brought an expensive pair of D.M. boots, so I thought I had better look after them. I used the dubbin on my old boots that were looking scruffy and tired, now they look a lot newer and fresh. Very pleased with the result.
