I bought this because I was becoming concerned at media speculation about winter power cuts. Even though we have gas central heating it will not operate and pump water without electricity and as I have a vulnerable person in our home I wanted contigency just in case. The unit arrived vry promptly, within 36 hours, i put in the necessary oil, filled the fuel tank, and set it running to test it out. It stated on the 2nd pull, runs well and does the job I want of providing enough power to allow the heating to run, power the WiFi hub and one TV. It is not a quiet as some, but they are far more expensive, and the noise level is acceptable. The fairly large fuel tank says it will run for 10 hours on one tank, which I have not yet tested, and it has wheels making it easy to get in and out of the garage and is a major reason chose this model. IF you want to run anything more than 3Kw, you will need a larger unit with greater output, this does the job for me at an affordabe price considering I hope I don't have to use it.Read full review

I've had the generator about a week now. I've used it a few days using it to power a small electric chainsaw and a large drill. It has worked fine and has saved me having 50 + metres of electric cable laid out to where I was working. A very strong ,well built stylish generator in my opinion. It is good value for money and I would recommend it to others. The only fault I had was the bolts and fixings were loose in the box upon delivery and on of them was stuck inside the pull start housing. A few screws undone and I was able to get it out with long nose pliers. All fine since that. I'm certainly glad I bought this generator. I love using it.

Good solid performance. Had this generator a while now and it has performed in all weathers. Little bit of corrosion here and there - But it is left out a lot. Holds frequency under moderate load quite well - no more flashing lights or cyclic dimming. Utilised for an outdoors activity centre and has proven its worth. Starts easily even when very cold outside. Not excessively noisy either. I have not tested the fuel to power efficiency but it does not appear to be excessively thirsty. Will change the oil regularly to be on the safe side.

Seems to be a good solid product, simple to fit the wheels and handle. Bit tricky to fill with oil, if you don’t have a flexible spout funnel. Started easily, and runs quietly.

I just received my WX3000K generator today and I am really pleased with it. The generator was very easy to set up, it only took me 10 minutes to install the wheels, handles and rubber feet. The only other things I needed to do was to add engine oil and petrol. It started first pull of the handle and runs extremely well. I also did a load test and it performs exactly as advertised.
