The description said there is a handle included with the stretch wrap but I did not receive one. I messaged the seller numerous times including sending screenshots of the description to show it included a handle and the seller sent me duplicate responses without acknowledging the screenshots of the description of the item I purchased. I tried to communicate with the seller to resolve this but it seems like they just send out automated messages.

The buyer misunderstood the product description, leading them to open a return request, which we promptly processed. Seller tried to solve issue with the buyer. However, the buyer did not ship the return package as buyer would like to use the product.
