More resistance than a £400 one, practically fully assembled other than attaching the console and one screw, I'm 5'3 and the length is just about right for me leaving a couple of inches, if you're taller than 5'6 you won't be able to straighten your legs, next day delivery from this seller (ordered Sunday and delivered Tuesday) No wonder thousands of these have sold with barely a gripe (other than length but this is cleary shown) small footprint, fits under my bed frame! Would buy again!

Great starter rowing machine at a very reasonable price.
This is a very good rowing machine for beginners, such as myself and I am really enjoying my work outs in the comfort of my own home. It is very easy to set up and adjusting the resistance is quite simple with the dial above the hydraulic cylinder. The gradient of the bar can also be adjusted, so the machine can 'grow' with you. I have not given this machine 5 stars as I would have liked to be able to see the distance on the computer. I know this is a minor thing, but I do like challenging myself to get better over time and I normally judge that on a combination of distance and time. Entirely down to preference though, and it doesn't take away from the exercise I am getting on the rowing machine. The seat is a good size and quite comfortable. A tough basic machine providing functionality at a sensible price

A unexpected but pleasant experience.
I have only had the machine a few weeks , and at the moment only using it three times per week , I have really bad joints especially knees and was recommended a rowing machine as a form of exercise. Must admit I wasn’t sure at first but I love it , I am beginning to feel a difference already not only in the knees but my body as a whole. It is easy to use and quite streamline so its easy to store .
