    When I first opened it when I got to the 3 row the rubber piece came off track. I think I might have been twisting it to fast or maybe it was just a glitch. Anyways I messaged the seller and they answered back quick, asked me not to return it and sent me a tracking number of the replacement but I got it fixed later and told him no need. Long story short they’re a GREAT seller and super fast with their responses and handling issues. It works GREAT now and I’m a very happy customer! THANK YOU!!

    Great price…poor quality

    The gun is solid and feels good to work with. The labels it produces are messy and smudged. The dial to change the numbers doesn’t work well, it has trouble catching the teeth on the track to move the numbers. 8 have to use a toothpick to move the numbers at times. If you’re looking for a quality labeling gun I don’t recommend this one.
