This arrived in good time and is as described, new in original packaging. When opened up the outer surfaces of the soft box looked like they had mould or mildew on them, however it does not smell and it wiped off with a cloth. A bit disconcerting but it doesn’t seem to be a problem.

The item was as described, well packaged, but it arrived over a week later than I expected. Very poor communication by the seller, who responded to my messages with automatic replies that really said nothing useful. I have bought many other items from this seller, all with no issues, so I just put this one down to a bad day at their office.
