This has got to be one of the best packaged items I've had through the post for a long time. The product is excellently presented and looks to be of a very high quality. I purchased this 80 tooth blade ready to cut laminate work top when I replace ours. Looks like Saxon is also the manufacture and supplier which is great as you know the company is very professional just by looking at the total packaged unit. Great value 80 tooth circular saw blade
I bought this blade for making shelves from pine timber board. It gives a fine cut leaving very little sanding to do before waxing or varnishing. There's practically no tear-out on edges so it should be good for veneered timber too. Reduction rings are included with the blade, I used the 30mm to 20mm one with no problems. There doesn't seem to be any dulling of the blade after 100's of cuts, so given that it's a fraction of the price you can pay for these blades it is definitely one of my better purchases.I bought this blade for making shelves from pine timber board. Good value for the money
The 80 TPI blade works very well on plywood and MDF which is the reason I bought it, however using the same blade to cut solid timber is not so good, it produces masses of sawdust, takes an age to do the cut and makes the whole process not worth the while.
