    msm cream and why i recomend it

    since usseing it it has had quite a few benefits , ones i didno exspect i clean for a living and my hands were aging badly since ussieng it my hands look younger feel softer and my nails are great i use fairley harsh chemicals so thats a plus its also helped my neck shoulders and chest i have also found that my joints in my hands and shoulders are not as stiff. i suffer from fybermyalgia and i have just had a bout caused by a mouthful of diet coke having asked for normal coke so this has helped with some of the issues you get thats how i came across it i am going to be usseing it on my feet lower back and knees next . i will be buying more its really helped with the facial pain as well its a good product donot exspect it to cure all illeneses but if you base it just on its skin improvement ...

    Great for sore aching hands,

    My 87 year old neighbour could not move any of his fingers in his right hand, I bought this cream for him having researched MSM, I understood the health benefits for him, so I told him to apply a good amount twice a day, well four days later, he came out beaming, showing me a completely movable hand, and said his knee was better as he was putting it on that, his wife a retired SRN was glowing in her praise, a great product folks A+++
