Sorry but cannot see how we can be held reasonable for royal mail delivery times .. you bought the item .. we sent the item ... all delivery times offered by eBay are advisory and depend if items are ordered within working hours on working days... you never paid for a tracked or faster delivery service or asked if we could delivery within a certain lead time ..so we think this unfair feedback .
