The product arrived in good condition- it was exactly as described, the correct outfit, and the code was valid. This is all that matters to most people- and indeed, that's really all that matters! .. unfortunately, I'm a dweeb whose been collecting Webkinz related media lately- and somehow, someway, the packaging got a little bent as it was delivered! It's probably not the seller's fault, but... :(
