This wheel is of excellent quality and was received a day early using EVRI and a tracking link was sent to my email address. This was really useful. I was notified of a 2 hour wide delivery slot, brilliant. The wheel replaced a fairly new wheelbarrow wheel which was alway flat just when I needed it, I got sick of having to find a pump before I could do just a simple job in the garden. This wheel has solved all that and despite being a solid wheel, it still has bounce. Perfect!!!

When it says it's like a traditional air tyre they are SO SO SO RIGHT!!! This tyre performs amazingly over uneven sandy soil and grass, it takes the "bumps" like a air tyre, looks like an air tyre and feels like a fully pumped air tyre... I cannot quite believe this is "solid" tyre! My "other" solid tyre is truly rubbish even over flat paving in comparison, this tyre is so much better I may just replace the "other" thin looking solid tyre with another one of these, its just remarkably good!!

I began by ordering the wrong valve so the tube didn't fit. That one was returned, a new one ordered and delivered promptly, like the first, and sensibly packaged. A refund was processed as promised within 3 days of the return being received. I haven't had time to fit the latest tube yet but it is as described and looks like a good quality item. Axle set was incorrect size. I had a spec query in about the size to confirm measurement. The question was answered and confirmed they were the wrong size but only after they were shipped, so too late to resolve. To return would have cost over £3 postage. So I have kept them but may never use them. They seem reasonable quality but I cannot vouch for that.
