I followed the accompanying instructions to the letter, and now my printer is as good as new! By the way, don't even consider buying a replacement printer head. They all seem to be second-hand and unreliable. Don't use water as some of the YouTube videos suggest. Use Print Head Cleaner Fluid!

On this occasion the cartridges arrived with the packaging damaged, I requested a return and the seller asked me to check the cartridges for damage. They appeared to be physically OK and he stated at the point of use if any of them was faulty he would replace free Which I felt was acceptable
