    Great alternative to the original

    I was dubious when I saw that this remote was NOT an original Sony product, just a good-looking copy. However when I plugged in the batteries and tested it on my Sony home theatre system, it worked just fine without any tinkering, and that's all that matters. My original Sony remote had the contacts burned out on the volume controls, and I went to Sony first for a replacement, but the system no longer has parts available. This replacement remote is a perfect alternative.

    Replacement Remote Meets Expectations

    Pretty straight forward, existing remote started having buttons that did not do what they were to do. Ordered the replacement remote. Put batteries in and everything works fine. Cheap fix!
