Some relatively unimportant parts were missing - the triangular metal pieces for the bottom corners. For me this was not a big issue, as I repurposed the plastic packaging corners from the flat pack (not pretty or strong and don't quite fit, but better than nothing). Some metal pieces had suffered minor damage during transit, but the items were still usable.

This was excellent communications and resolved my problem very quickly, I would thoroughly recommend this seller as they gave a 5-star service.
