The item just didn't work for us so we had to ship back, they always communicated within 24 hours, returning shipping cost can be a lot so make sure you order what you need and double check. Things didn't work out between us but we should have checked size on our end more as the buyer is responsible for return shipping and in our case it was about 1/4 the price of the part we ordered. We hope their is a next time but for a small company like us it was to tough pill to take. Seller is good
