A solidly made, quality product
My original fit cap disappeared (probably left behind at a re-watering stop) and I was mortified to find that the manufacturer was rather obscure so spares were not readily available. This replacement cap saved the day, it has three small lugs that will engage successfully with many other manufacturers' products and requires a firm push to compress a spring before turning to engage and lock in place. The firm spring makes for a reassuringly secure fit which hopefully bodes well for the future! If the key is turned the outer casing spins freely to prevent tampering. Were I to suggest a modification it would be to mould into the casing somewhere a fitment that would allow the cap to be tethered to the vehicle with a lanyard ... something I might try to create myself to minimise the ... Easy fill for your water tank
Replace your lockable water tank cover with this, plug in the water hose and go do something more useful. No more waiting while holding the hose in the filler pipe, clips onto this and walk away. It's good.
