Good Product easier to fit than I originally envisaged.
A bit of work required to get it to fit the original hole on the Hymer C546 2003 model. I also had to add two small electrical connecters to the bare wires. It is very slightly larger (3 or 4 mm) but a Lidi saw-bit made short work of the enlargement. Apart from that it seams to be working great all the water fittings were compatible and i swapped them over with a bit of heat from a hairdryer and secured using the original clips.A bit of work required to get it to fit the original hole on the Hymer C546 2003 model. Replacement for motorhome bathroom
Discovered a leak at the back of the original tap unit, caused by what appeared to be a crack in the casing. As we had only just bought the motorhome I feel it safe to assume that the system had not been drained down properly prior to freezing conditions (British Summer?) and taps had not been left open so that any trapped water had space to expand. Replacing the unit was easy, although you have to be super careful with the push in water connection tails. I had difficulty getting the shower head hose to seal on the screw in tap connection. Whether it was the washer not seating properly, not sure, but after the third attempt everything sealed fine.Discovered a leak at the back of the original tap unit, caused by what appeared to be a crack in the casing.
