They also looked as though someone had alredy put hooks into the heading tape. I rang the company & explained the problem. They immediately apologised & asked if I wished a replacement pair of curtains. The Customer Service was excellent, my problem was resolved efficiently, the new curtains arrived quickly & were of good quality. I can definitely recommend this company.
