Overall satisfied, however the chord that was included was broken ={ I noticed I wasn't getting a consistent charge and when I went to inspect the connection I pulled the chord out of the lighter outlet and the chord separated from the metal part as if it was not seated to begin with. This was on the very first use and was in no way aggressive when I went to check it.
