Delivery Information
We endeavour to process all orders within one full working day and to achieve delivery within 2-5 working days to Mainland UK. Delivery times are estimates only and no guarantee can be made as time is not the essence of this agreement. We are unable to specify an exact time slot for delivery.
 
Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe via the courier notes, ReliMobility cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.
 
Goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately by signing the delivery note ‘damaged on arrival’ and informing the ReliMobility within 24 hours. Any damaged goods must be retained by the buyer for any inspection. If the delivery note is signed without the comment ‘damaged’ ReliMobility cannot be held responsible for damages. Customers may be requested to supply photos of the damage sustained in delivery & despatch.
 
Cancellation and Returns
Your statutory rights are not affected in any way
 
In accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 at ReliMobility we offer a 14 Calendar Days cooling off period. Within this period customers can inspect the goods, determine their suitability and if necessary request a refund. Please note once we have despatched an item(s) to you, the item cannot be cancelled and the below returns procedure comes into effect with their respective charges.
 
The responsibility for returning the goods is that of the buyer.
 
The goods must be returned at the buyers cost within 14 days from the date of you notifying us that you wish to return the goods. We do recommend that you pay for a tracked/signed delivery for your protection.
 
Where items are refused at the point of delivery and returned back to us. The buyer is liable to cover the return carriage costs. This charge will be calculated according to the number of items to be returned and size of the item(s).
 
We are happy for you to unpack the goods and to inspect them carefully. A deduction can be made up to the contract price if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
 
All returned products must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state and still in their original packaging. If products are not returned in their original condition, ReliMobility reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour, repair of product(s), replacement of product(s).
 
All refunds will be processed within 14 days following receipt of goods.
 
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for products that can void Health and Safety regulations such as:
Toileting
Incontinence
Bathroom products
 
We cannot refund or exchange products that have been made to order, specially ordered, bespoke or that were specially adapted to suit your requirements unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.
 
We advise you sign all deliveries as 'unchecked'. If you suspect your goods have been damaged in transit please sign the delivery note as damaged. You must retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be given*.
 
VAT Relief
 
Many of our items are eligible for VAT Relief and therefore the advertised prices are exclusive of VAT.
 
A persons who is chronically sick or disabled purchasing products for personal use, somebody purchasing products on behalf of somebody chronically sick or disabled along with charities where the products are made available to a disabled person for their own personal or domestic use, may be eligible for VAT Relief.
 
In order to qualify for VAT Relief you must fill in the VAT Exemption form.
 
If you do not qualify for VAT Exemption and need to purchase the goods inclusive of VAT. Please contact us and we can invoice you inclusive of VAT.
 
Completed VAT Exemption Declarations by customers are accepted as prima facie evidence by the Company that a valid medical condition exists for relief under The VAT Act, and no VAT will be charged on the goods purchased.
 
If, at a later date, HMRC disputes the validity of the medical condition, you will be liable to pay the appropriate VAT that should have been applied to your order. Under these circumstances, ReliMobility reserves the right to demand that you pay the VAT amount that is due.
 
The VAT relief does not apply to the posting and packaging charges.
 
The completed form is retained by us for presentation to the VAT office only. We do not sell your data on to any third parties. .

    wish I had bought sooner.

    I have chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. I spend over 80% of my time bedbound. the aid has helped considerably. firstly it lifts weight of quilt off my legs when I have leg pain. Secondly it keeps me cool and bed aired in summer months. lastly as I am small frame/weight it is useful for resting my legs on when in cramp or needing blood flow. it also is useful to pull myself up from laying down position. Only regret is not getting sooner. I can also say this is suitable for a very deep mattress mine is at least 40cm and frame still gives space on highest adjustment.

    Why did I wait so long

    What an excellent product, really well made, good quality, and very easy to fit and remove (if required). I've been in pain for quite some time and have tried various options to lift bedclothes from my legs but these options were always intrusive and bulky, but this sorted everything first go with little fuss, strongly recommend this product.

    This is simply great.

    Thus product is fantastic. I meant to get one after u came out of hospital over 2 years ago but after having shingles last month the pain made my mind up once and for all. The item is adjustable in height.you can put it where you want it. I have mine halfway between the bottom and the pillow. I would recommend this item to anyone who has problems with their legs whether it be bandaged or horrible nerve pain. Hope you get the same satisfaction I did. A.J.

    Made Huge Difference

    Bought as a present for a gentleman with gout. He has said it's a godsend. He had been in so much pain until he received this and now he can sleep. Wishes he'd had it month ago. Read the other reviews and placed it at the bottom of the bed, but at the side. He doesn't notice it's there and he can turn without bashing it. Also, followed others and suggested he put a throw at the bottom of the bed. Works perfectly. He's extremely happy and so - so am I! Nice sturdy product. Well made and the height adjustability is particularly important and useful.

    It is a very good quality frame and adjustable. I am very pleased with it.

    This is a very good product, it has enabled me to sleep with the bedding off my feet. I was no able to get a good nights sleep before but now I sleep a lot better. I would recommend this product to anyone having the same problems I was having. It is made of strong materials and adjusts to what ever height you need.
