The manual is not as clear as it could be especially with regard to fitting the bottom assembly. It would be better to have used photographs instead of line drawings as some aspects of the assembly are not obvious if like me you are not mechanically minded. I had to resort to more experimentation rather than fully using the manual for assembly. Hence only giving 4 stars.

This was excellent communications and resolved my problem very quickly, I would thoroughly recommend this seller as they gave a 5-star service.
