I asked the seller for the most economical shipping because I found it very expensive in his listing he told me it was the cheapest, reluctantly I accepted the transaction. I then realize 2 days after paid that he shipped it with UPS saver the most expensive and fastest service with which you are sure to have customs fees.
It cost me £28 so $60 CAD shipping for one moovie.
the seller responds like a robot he doesn't care about my problem at all, it's not him who pays..
an absolute incompetent !!

Told buyer i send postage at cost (actually at a loss, as i have ebay fees to pay on postage payment recieved), and i cant reduce price. After this information, buyer still proceeds to purchase item and after posting gets angry i used UPS (which is my advertised courier). I inform him this is the cheapest "tracked" postage but buyer is so angry and rude about this. I am quite confused on why he went ahead with purchase when i already said i wont reduce cost or courier, then is annoyed about it!
