Item arrived on time and undamaged. We didn't receive the instructions in our parcel but after a message to the seller, we were given them electronically. The personalised card on the front was perfect as was the box once assembled. Our only issue we had was with the assembly as some of the pieces didn't slot together as easily as we thought and the lid cut out didn't align with the piece to secure the box at the back (a few mm off). We used superglue to secure sides and the lid then closed.
