Queries dealt with quickly, including during installation where the lady answering the phone had excellent knowledge of the shower cabin and was immediately able to guide us on the next steps. The cabin is superb quality and the instructions included for installation were clear to follow. I am a very happy customer and would 100% buy from Insignia again!
- r***l (720)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseIt’s a lovely shower well with the money , instructions on line nightmare as we have poor internet connection ! ! It was much Easier to fit the doors after placed into the correct position as the shower was heavy to move with the doors fitted. Height adjustments on the base fell out as they were not secure and difficult to adjust level when in the place. Otherwise no other problems . Excellent delivery service. Could not contact technical support as they only work Monday -Fri 10.30-15.30 .

The instructions need a tweak, ie. remove the steam drain pipe from the generator attache to the drain outlet then refit to generator, check for leaks, then carry on.Otherwise a fine product which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
