IDEAL RETRO FIT
Fitted these to my Volvo XC70 2005 - just the job, can't understand why they weren't fitted from new as standard. Without them you run out of adjustment on the bolt underneath the handbrake lever. Just got the MOT no trouble, so they must do the job! Definitely recommended - no need at all to buy the genuine Volvo equivalent.

Brilliantly simple and cost effective.
My xc90 handbrake was not sufficient to hold the car to pass its MOT. I'd read that this is a common problem and that replacing a stretched cable can be expensive. Bought these adjusters and fitted in minutes and car sailed through the MOT. With these adjusters there is plenty further travel so adjustments are future proofed for some time to come. Highly recomnended.
