    Golden Delight

    I was in the look out for a cheaper alternative to Osram Fog Breakers (as one of my bulbs just went after 2.5 years) and stumbled upon MTEC (Maruta) bulbs. My friend had the xenon white ones and absolutely raves about them. So I took the plunge and was pleasantly surprised. They give a really nice yellow with a slight golden tint (not golden enough to get the wrath of the rozzers for not being yellow enough to stay legal) and they also “fling” well . You get fantastic visibility (the yellow/golden colour makes a massive difference in rain, snow and sleet) and driver awareness from other motorists seems improved. This is likely due to the fact that there are very few cars on the road with proper yellow headlights and as such stand out. Overall, they are fantastic value for money and ...
