Product arrived damaged.... bent with kinks in sign do to the thin cardboard envelope they used for shipping. Contacted seller and their reply was they didn't have problems in the past but they would make a note of it. No offer to return or discount the sign. I did not want to bother with the hassle of returning it so I straightened out the issues myself. Poor customer service!

In your email you said "Sign arrived today but was bent and several kinks in it. I was shipped in a thin carboard envelope and was damaged in mailing. Maybe having a label "DO NOT BEND" would have helped. This type of sign "distressed" helps hide the kinks and that it is not flat but it is damaged. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks." You never requested an adjustment or return. We replied to you w/an honest answer, as we have shipped 1000's of signs over the years in the exact manner w/no issue.

I TRIED RUBBING AND HEAT; THEY SMOOTH OUT BUT AFTER WHILE WRINKLE BACK UP. $5.40 SHIPPING--- NO WAY IT COST THAT MUCH TO MAIL TO ME FROM 40 MINS AWAY. NOT WORTH IT.
