Do not expect a saw at this price to be of the same running daily quality of a £1000 Husky XP unit or Stihl, as you are getting a saw that can handle big trunks and trees over a short period, NOT running flatout, hour upon hour. With a bar and two chains and even a carry bag. It ploughs through 3-4 feet diameter hardwood trunks no problem. 5+++++

    Value for money.

    Very good chainsaw for the price. I have never bought any of the cheaper ranges. The machine is well built. Started first time and is continuing to start first time. Lots of power, cuts very well. Having used chainsaws over the years, I have no hesitation in recommending this Parker model.

    Great value for money

    Reasonably easy to put together having read the instructions. Started second pull of the cord. Easily dealt with a dead elm tree 15" diameter. Chain needed adjusting after a couple of cuts (I guess bedding in). Remember to purchase chain oil and two stroke oil the unit is shipped dry. Spare chain an added bolus. All tools required for the assembly included in the maintenance pack. I purchased the unit having had a brush cutter from Parker for a couple of years which is excellent as well.

    So far so good. Better quality than I expected, comes with a little tool kit (enough for minor adjustments on the go? And a petrol oil mixing bottle so you can’t get the measures wrong. Starts easily and very easy to use. Would recommend for the DIYer

    Excellent so far.

    All good so far, but too early to give a full review. Started easily first time of use & also each time since. Cuts well & not too heavy. Now have to repair my sawhorse before I can do any more sawing.
