Seller did their best to correct the issue and dispatched again as quickly as they could, hense the positive feedback as this was not the sellers fault, the problem was caused by Evri. When the item finally arrived it was a good purchase and as describe. The quality looks good and I am happy with the item.

However, I am able to sellotape the sides of envelopes which have come apart due to damage by Evri. They are very crumpled so their appearance is not that of new envelopes. It is concerning as I have had packets lifted from my doorstep before. I tried having a word with the Evri driver but she became hostile. It is the only aspect that lets this seller down. I may have to switch to a seller that uses Royal Mail.
