Actual photo shows a book I thought this is what I ordered then to find out its all online no book!!! The advert should state this in bold so people know exactly what they have ordered. I found the seller to be very patronising when I told him I am unhappy with this purchase. I will never order from this seller again as his response was not very kind

Clearly does not show a book as does 114 simimilar presentations I sell sold over 10 years plus. Memory stick picture is not a book picture. I rely on happy customers and have a money back guarantee which he did not take up. Frustrated about his attitude stating he was 67 and the upset he felt on telling him I was 70 which clearly upset him. You win some you lose some.!!!!!!1
