Robust Kenwood quality and it arrived quickly. My only criticism of the item is that it is hard to remove the base from the glass jug - there are no ridges on the base to allow a good grip - you need to leave the unit on the mixer to loosen the two. Kenwood could improve their design. Hence 4 star rating.
