Used this for flyfishing dry flies on a light 5 weight rod, struck lightly into fish, it just snapped off like cotton,line also broke between the hands with little pressure, which I did not expect from a 6lb breaking strain, this line was definately deteriorated and not fit for purpose, I definately would not recommend it, maybe I was just unlucky and received a Bad spool, I won't be buying it again.
