Ordered in the morning and all 4 tyres had been fitted and balanced about an hour and a half later...and 50 minutes of that was my own travelling time. Don't expect coffee and a waiting room, but do expect tyres as described (they have something like 30,000 in stock!) and a prompt and courteous service. Thank you.
