I told them that I won the bid. Fair and square. They say they won't deliver it because it's too expensive to ship coming from India. This is all bs

I requested for a refund but seller offered to send me a replacement piece within next few days. However after one week still no updates I had to chased him and then he casually mentioned that he would just provide a refund instead. No issues with my refund though. Seller is not reliable; I would not recommend buying from them.
