All of our items have a FREE UK economy postage option. There are also faster options available for each item.
If the FREE postage option is by Royal Mail 1st Class, this is for ALL UK locations.

Someone needs to be in to sign for Next Day Courier deliveries. If you are not in, they will leave a card with contact information and try again. If you are still not in and have not responded to the card left, the package will be returned to us at your expense (£16). However, if you leave a signed letter for the driver authorising him to leave it with a specific neighbour, he will.
 
If you ask us to change the Courier delivery address to a different postcode AFTER the package has already been sent, the Courier Company makes a charge for this (£16) which will be passed on to you.

International Returns:
We do not refund International postage under ANY circumstances. This part of the contract has already been fulfilled once shipped.
If the package is returned to us because you changed your mind, refused delivery, were unavailable for delivery or did not collect your package, the package will be posted back to us at your expense.
 
Customs:
It is your responsibility to check your Customs/Import regulations regarding tax, duty and permitted items. If you buy an item, we will send it assuming you have checked. There is no way we can know the changing rules for every country and region. This is your responsibility.
 
If it is returned because it is not allowed through your Customs Office, you will still be charged for postage and any inspection damage incurred.

    Clean and easy to use

    I've used glass tube thermostatic heaters for years and have got through about 4 or 5 as they gradually deteriorate or break. They're also prone to collecting dirt and potentially bacteria and are a pain to clean. However, they work very well while they last. This Heat Pad is cleaner and much easier to use and I've made 3 brews successfully so far using it. Not sure how it will cope in the winter - currently in the summer, the air temperature rises to the 30's but when it is around zero, I'm expecting to have to insulate the barrel or do something to make sure the brew stays at a decent temperature. I'm hopeful however, that it will be fine, and am looking forward to seeing how things go.

    Plastic cover brittle

    The outer cover has split in one place. It seemed very good value but as l only bought it recently, did not expect this. I use this product for fermenting and if liquid was to ferment over it may seep I to pad.

    Perfect!

    I brew in a 10 litre bucket and it takes 10 days to finish fermentation and this keeps my brew at the ideal temperature day and night thus completely fermenting. My brew was ok before as I was brewing in the summer but now we are getting colder nights I noticed my brew temperature was dropping down to the dreaded 18 deg c which means if it was to get any colder the fermentation might stop altogether and not complete at all. This heater sits quietly under my bin, uses virtually no electric and does its job. I thought I would need a thermostat as I had read some other reviews that said they use one but honestly it’s not needed as it regulates the temperature without one. I do brew in my kitchen and obviously it doesn’t get too cold but a thermostat would only stop it getting too hot which it ...

    Brewing heat pad

    Had trouble finding somewhere in the house with an even temperature suitable for fermenting until I bought this superb product which did the job perfectly. For a 5 gallon brew didn't even have to worry about using a timer. Perfect brewing heat. Worth spending out on this to make sure you get the best performance out of the brewing kits.

    Great product!

    This heatpad is excellent and does exactly what it says, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is because I felt it could do with a heat variable control in order to keep a constant temperature.
