5in1 USB port. Make sure it's pushed in properly.
It's not a bad item. The only problem I had is, it came loose from the PS4 but the light on my USB stick for my wireless headphones was still lit making me think it's all plugged in. Though it wasn't. It was slightly out. Luckily I checked it and pushed it back in and now it's good again.

Not for psvr
I bought this so I could run an external hard drive and psvr at the same time and unfortunately it won't do that, I don't know the technical reason why it doesn't work, it recognises the hard drive no problem but won't power the psvr, it does power my cooling fan though, its a crying shame because I'm sure it's an oversight in the design and the unit looks great when plugged in, much neater than my existing hubI bought this so I could run an external hard drive and psvr at the same time and unfortunately it won't do that, I don't know the technical reason why it doesn't work, it recognises the hard drive no problem but won't power the psvr, it does power my cooling fan though, its a crying shame because I'm sure it's an oversight in the design and the unit looks great when plugged in, much neater than my existing hub

Doesn't power my external hard drive. Otherwise, works fine.
Fits into the USB sockets fine and all sockets work with controllers, headsets etc. Unfortunately it doesn't work with my external hard drive, which was largely the reason I bought it. However, the product works with other peripherals and at five pounds plus change, no real complaints.

I recently added an external storage drive to my son's PS4 - then he quickly ran out of USB sockets for his headphones, controller &c. The very simple answer was this USB socket extender. It was very inexpensive, arrived in a few days, was fitted in seconds and works perfectly. The problem is solved and my son has plenty of USB sockets - our home is harmonious again.
