Comes with hardware, holes will need to be drilled to mount (hardware provided are self tappers) Very symmetrical but one side did stick out about an 1/8th inch (about 3mm) further than the other side at the wheel well portion. The face of the lip is carbon and is reinforced with fiber glass and i think that’s pretty smart honestly. This lip for the price is very well built and really great fitment over all. I would recommend. Shipping was+++ TY
