The buyer is correct, We had 3 of these and one was wrong. We refunded the buyer in full including the USPS ground advantage shipping. We work very hard to prevent issues like this. This is our 6th negative feedback out of over 120,000 online transactions. At the end of the day, we are human, we made a mistake and we are looking at how to improve our system so we do not impact another buyer. If Heavylifter477 gives us another chance, we have an extra discount to compensate him.
