    Excellent.

    Ordered these not really expecting something so reasonably priced to be much good, but I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised. I've got a dodgy wrist and elbow, both which ache to a terrible extent when put to prolonged use. These patches sooth it much better than any pain killer I've come across. You need to give it a while to work, so don't slap it on and expect it to work within seconds, I've found it takes a good 15 to 30 minutes to start feeling the effect (on me anyway). I've ordered some more as I am so pleased with them.

    Good value and arrived quickly. I have tried many brands of heat patches some work better than others. Although they helped thy did not generate much heat. Different patches work differently on different people so try them out

    useless patches

    Bought these after reading the differing reviews. I found them to be utterly useless. No heat,no pain relief BUT I got very sore skin around the edges of the plaster--my skin was literally sore to even touch.I gave them enough time to work.I am relieved they didn't cost much.waste of time completely.

    Work a treat

    Thank you, these work a treat, stick securely and withstand a bath or shower. The heat can become quite intense but it's a nice warming feeling and it helps keep the pain away. I've actually bought more just in case my pains come back. Would definitely recommend.
