I had to rerun it after realizing that the computer had more issues with several failing components than it initially anticipated. The seller however refunded only 52% and took 48% of the total cost. I think that was a ripoff after advertising a free return. I would have paid the return and still come out better off. That’s the issue for me, free return but then take almost half of what I paid for the item when I do return it (ridiculous and deceptive).

You could tell fro the way it wwas packed that these folks are a quality outfit. most sellers just stick it in a ziplock bag or wrap it in bubble and send it. These folks did it right from the anti static back to the support board with rigid box for mailing. I highly recommend!
