Was sent three codes to try, the first one was no good but the second one was needed to allow me to get past the first code and then I needed the third to actually sim unlock the phone. Based on my experience TRY ALL THREE! but very pleased with the result and will use again in the furture.

Messaged them twice to ask when would get phone unlocked, each time they told me to read item description. If that had been clear, I would not have needed to ask! I felt they were treating me like an idi8t. I was not sure whether the time frame they quote in the description was to unlock it or receive a code to unlock it & they refused to answer and referred me back to dReply from: phonefirst- Feedback replied to by seller phonefirst.- Feedback replied to by seller phonefirst.We do not know where to start on this one. We responded to all your questions, maybe there is a language barrier. Over 100000 people used our service and we never encountered this issue with a customer as unlock process and time frame is clearly explained in the item description, just need to read it.
