Easy peasy to use.
Just sprinkle a bit in for your crickets, roaches or what have you without the risk of them drowning, just not too much as it goes mouldy if uneaten and gets in contact with bug grub cereal. When the tub is empty, don't buy another one, just buy a 9g refill packet of the dry crystals and add water. Half the price!

I’ll be buying this again as it’s so much easier to provide this as a source of moisture instead of a damp sponge which I used before and it used to dry so quickly. Crickets love it as well. Highly recommend

Does exactly what it supposed to do Simply put a tea soon full in with the live bugs no fear of them drowning in a dish of water don’t even need a dish as it’s not liquid what would wet all the enclosure no frills no fuss good value for money 😁
