    Sir, I wish you the very best and hope you enjoy your photo... having said that, you are full of it. We have been on eBay for about 26 years, have sold well over 8k items and have a track record that is just about spotless. You must like complaining bc you made no attempt to return the item. Literally none! Instead, you told us a $40 photo is a "historical document" and post this nonsense. We wish you the best, but we do not need and absolutely do not want your business.
