Wonderful seller. I ordered framing parts that I thought should fit. They didn't, so I requested a credit towards parts that might do the job. John, explained that such parts were no longer manufactured as the manufacturer of my frames had long since gone out of business. He immediately refunded the purchase price (and shipping!).
