    Gigabyte GA-Z87P-D3

    Its a decent version of the z87. I had a similar gigabyte that died. This one is lacking optical and digital out. You can get an adapter to plug in the board. This board is a bit lacking on pci-e ports and has a few old pci slots compared to my other gigabyte z87. It has 1 usb 3 header on board. If you have a large heatsink on the cpu its difficult to use more then 2 of the 4 ram slots Good for now till I upgrade

    Great motherboard for Haswell and Haswell Refresh processors.

    Bought this to pair with an old Pentium G3258. It was super easy to overclock the CPU to 4.7 Ghz and the memory from DDR3 1600 to 2133 and it's very stable. Highly recommend this motherboard.
