Very UNHAPPY! Wrong product sent and told I could kept it & pay $25 if I wanted the correct one sent. IE. I ordered a lighter product (no. 10) but received a darker product. When it arrived I double checked that I had ordered correctly. (Luckily I screenshot it). No. 10 still showed the lighter product. I enquired about the mix up and was told my selection was incorrect. When I went back to the product selection it had been updated to show the darker product and was told ai was incorrect.

Now I see what the problem is, the wallpaper in your attached picture is not the one you ordered, the one in the attached picture is the item ID 283915162549, but you ordered the item in item ID 274413521515.They are different items.
