    My item arrived safely thank you. I was expecting to have a fused bulb in the package but unfortunately it was just ordinary bulbs. It was the fused bulb I was needing. According to your description it was supposed to be I fused bulb and 3 ordinary ones. Bit disappointing as you should have mentioned this to me before posting.
