Buyer left negative feedback prior to contacting me over leaking batteries in a sealed box.. I apologised and offered the buyer a return for a refund. The buyer then asks for £2 off to change the feedback. I could've refunded the £2 and resolved the issue. The money means nothing to me. I rather stick to my rule and close my account due losing my 100% feedback.
